Our items ship USPS First Class with an estimated 3-6 business day delivery.
All shipments have tracking confirmation, which will be provided to you via email upon shipment.
All shipments where tracking status is deemed "delivered" will serve as proof of delivery. Saved By Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed.
Tampering with the mail is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. If you feel your mail was stolen, please report it immediately to your local carrier's office.
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 20 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We do not offer exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

After you ship us your item, email email@example.com to let us know it's on the way!
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip will be included in your package when you first receive your order. If you have misplaced your packing slip, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped back in an exterior, shipping box.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged items must be reported within two days after receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Saved By Lace is an online women's clothing boutique run by me, Courtney, and my family! We are based out of our small town in Hamilton, Texas and we currently do not have a retail location. We strive to provide our customers with trendy, beautiful, and affordable pieces!
Many people often ask me how I came up with our boutique name. As I was developing our business's identity, I knew there was value in finding a name that represented what we stood for. I know and truly believe that I am "saved by grace", and I want my customers to believe they are too! While browsing through our website and wearing our beautiful clothes, I want all of you to feel indulged and "saved by lace" as you shine throughout your day.
Our goal is to provide you with top quality, stunning clothing that makes you feel pampered and confident! As I've grown up, I have spent a lot of time looking at clothing boutiques, both online and in store and love the look and feel of quality pieces. Saved By Lace strives to bring together a collection of unique and inspiring finds that I would usually spend hours to do. From adorable sets to gorgeous dresses - we have it all!
