Our items ship USPS First Class with an estimated 4-5 business day delivery or USPS Priority Mail with an estimated 3-4 business day delivery.
All shipments have tracking confirmation, which will be provided to all customers via email upon shipment.
All shipments where tracking status is deemed "delivered" will serve as proof of delivery. Saved By Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed. Tampering with the mail is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. If you feel your mail was stolen please report it immediately to your local carrier's office.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

While we will always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping at this time. **Exceptions Apply

To send back your items, you can choose a shipping carrier of your choice.
As a reminder, shoes must be in the original box upon return.
Please do not attach the shipping labels to the shoebox itself, it must be sent back in an exterior protective shipping box.
**We do not provide a refund for your return shipping cost, unless the error is Saved By Lace Boutique's fault (example: wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing defect.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse and processed through our returns department, we will issue you your refund via your original method of payment.
We aim to process all returns the same day they are delivered to our warehouse.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may Request a Return Authorization for all non discounted orders within 21 days of receipt less any shipping return charges. Returned items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tags attached

How soon will I get my refund?

Once delivered to our fulfillment center, Returns and Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

We do not require a Return Authorization when sending a return, however we asked that you include your original Packing Slip inside your return. We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that you insure your package when returning it to us. If you received an item that seem to have manufacturing defect, please get in touch with our customer service team in the unlikely event you have this issue when you receive your package.

All returns must be received within 30 business days of the original purchase date to receive store credit.
Items must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Must be returned with original tags attached and intact.
Must be free of cigarette smoke, deodorant, fragrances, animal hair.
Must not have any visible dirty marks, fake tan, makeup stains or body odor.
Must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website.
Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, shipping box.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

The term "Final Sale" means that an item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry (Earrings/Necklaces).
Swim Wear, Bodysuits - due to hygienic reasons.
Any Items discounted 30% off or greater will be considered as Final Sale.
Gift Cards, No exceptions.
All items which fail to comply with any of our conditions under "What Can Be Returned?" will not be accepted as a return, no exception!

Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to service@savedbylace.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

Saved By Lace is an online women's clothing boutique run by me, Courtney, and my family! We are based out of our small town in Hamilton, Texas and we currently do not have a retail location. We strive to provide our customers with trendy, beautiful, and affordable pieces!

OUR NAME

Many people often ask me how I came up with our boutique name. As I was developing our business's identity, I knew there was value in finding a name that represented what we stood for. I know and truly believe that I am "saved by grace", and I want my customers to believe they are too! While browsing through our website and wearing our beautiful clothes, I want all of you to feel indulged and "saved by lace" as you shine throughout your day.

Our goal is to provide you with top quality, stunning clothing that makes you feel pampered and confident! As I've grown up, I have spent a lot of time looking at clothing boutiques, both online and in store and love the look and feel of quality pieces. Saved By Lace strives to bring together a collection of unique and inspiring finds that I would usually spend hours to do. From adorable sets to gorgeous dresses - we have it all!
